Hierarchical Crop and Agriculture Taxonomy version 3 (HCAT3)

HCAT3 is a taxonomic representation of the data based on the HCAT2. The main difference between HCAT3 and HCAT2 is the removal of the summer cereals. Based on feedback from the community, the spring/summer cereals are merely country specific terms for cereals of the same season. A 10-digit HCAT3-code represents the class and corresponding level.
